Interactive Meditation leads you to the manual that
you thought was misplaced after birth.

The class is a gathering of those who wish to
have a better mind set, and a better life.
It is a time to gather and meditate with
others as a fire burns brighter with more logs
so does your meditation deepen and mind quieten.

Share your successes and consistencies
in meditation in Interactive Meditation.
It is also a time to learn
about loving kindness and its appropriate
application to points of jealousy or resentment
in your personal life. The class usually concludes
with a guided meditaiton of expansiveness which
more often than not is profound.
