Family Yoga

FAmily Yoga or householder yoga is meant for
everyone in the family. Children and parents
are encouraged to engage in quiet movement
with each other and leave in a relaxed quiet
state.
Arrive in comfortable clothes, with your mat
(though we have some mats for loan)
