This class is for the beginner who physically
has knots and feels tense and wants to relax
in the mind and body.
It consists of a series of breathtechniques and breath movements,
flowing into the feeling state to quiet the mind. Once the mind is
quiet a guided period will occur to help one see life in a positive
healing perspective.
The class is 30 minutes of the meditation/relaxation. It also
includes about 10 minutes of checkin. A check-in is a form
of introduction where one simply states how the practice
has helped for the week or how you are anticipating how it
will help.
