Mindful Walking Practice is a form on not
not only buddhist medtitation but an objective of
many current and ancient practices which aid in
bringing you to a quiet mind and to the time of NOW.
Learn how to be here and now with no resistance.
Each weekend, either a Saturday or Sunday, weather
dependent we will take a walking meditaiton in the
Portsmouth/Kittery area. We will walk by sea, or forest,
or river or villiage. Our feet know the idea regardless
of the scenery.
