The 6 session 8 week course is intended to help you
have more fun and be more relaxed when you are
with your new baby or your other children.
Learn to play with them and feel like you are playing
also rather than working hard to entertain them.
Through a series of body movements and breath work
learn the skill of mindfulness so you can move from
reaction to compassion. The class requires light reading,
discussion, practice of a few relaxation postures and
breath and minful meditation.
Learn about avoiding the mistakes your parents made
and healing them through you children.
