Chelsea earned her 200-hr vinyasa certification through Health Yoga Life in Boston in 2019. She enjoys all types of yoga, but especially loves the combined rigor and relaxation of vinyasa classes. She has been grateful for the ways in which yoga has brought strength and calm to her both on and off of the mat, and is excited to share these benefits with students, especially at YbD. She is a writer and visual artist, and teaches in the English Department at Phillips Exeter Academy.
