Abby Rosmarin is a yoga teacher,
and published author of 4 books.
Abby’s teaching style can best
be described as mindful flow.
Inspired by multiple teaching styles,
including Kripalu and Iyengar,
Abby encourages students to find
the pose variations that serve them
best. Abby teaches “vinyasa” as it is literally
translated “to place in a special way” –
which is understood as the movement
should stay deliberate and beneficial
to the mind, body, and soul.
Other than workshops, Abby has co-facilitated
yoga and writing retreats, including
Ground & Let Go, which helped students
tap into their creative side by using yoga,
nature, art, and more.
