DESCRIPTION:Spinal yoga & myofascia Hydration\n Spinal Yoga  is a great precursor to learning\nthe Rope Walls ( soon to come to YbD). Spinal Yoga  is\na yoga for beginners and also for those students with experience.\nTherefore spinal yoga can easily be called : Know your body well yoga.\nThe level of this class is beginner to experienced.  The instructor\nstyle allows for this mix by calling verbal\ninstruction which is  movement by movement.\nAt times the class may begin or end with a segment of Soma Yoga or\nRestorative Yoga or Yin Yoga . \nBAM\nevalyn has added Body Awarness Movement to \nthe class to clearly hear signals the body gives\nall day long to prevent distorted body postures\nthat eventually lead to pain\, tightness and discomfort. BAM \nEvalyn’s experience with body mechanics helps\nthe student to re-orient the body to proper alignment in Spinal Yoga.\nAs a result natural Body Mechanics  keeps  the soft tissue\ninternally hydrated. The body is now flexible consequently allowing\nthe body to move in a more relaxed way and thus relaxing\nthe mind. The student can  find breath work easier and\nfurthermore relax\ntendons\, ligaments\,and fascia as well as muscle.\n \nSpinal Yoga  will make  use of varying body\nmovement toward a more natural state and pleasant state. The  postures\nfocus on slow lengthening and strengthening of  the spine.\nIt maintains\nhealthy alignment of the skeletal system. This results in  slow methodical\ntransitions of the body so you gently can move into depth without\nsacrificing form.\nThe instructor helps to  create awareness of symmetry in the hips.\nKnees and thighs and feet reorient to proper alignment.\nThis improves gait and posture.\nLearn to  use the key pivot points of the body and\nbend where you were meant to hinge ; discard\nold behaviors that put stress on joints and spine.\nFocus on natural movements that\nwe have abandoned in our insular interior dwellings.\nGet back to our more natural strong state. \n \n  \nSpinal Yoga will  incorporate movement\nthat replicates functional use as well as traditional\nasana for stretch\, rest and corrective strategies.\n  \nThe class will help to use the internal hydration process\nof developing fascia fluidity. The class will increase\nthe sensitivity to sensory inputs and develop proprioception\nfor easier balance and concentration. \nThe class will help to find the inner child intelligence\,\nand return to child like suppleness. Spinal\nYoga is strong and balanced  and\nwill help with deeepening the connection to the cord\nof Light and utilize your inner guide to release and relax. \nThe longer classes will incorporate the traditional\nyoga style focusing on inner developement\, living\nin three cities: body\, personal mind\, Universal mind. \nintensity: moderate\nlevel: beginner to advanced
