Each class is different every\ntime however the same temperment is\nacheived\, PEACE and calm. It is Duane’s\ndeliberate and wise intention to maintain\nvariety. \nThis format actually helps the yogi\nstay alert and open to the present moment.\n“People spend enough time out there\,\nmind not connected to body so I like\nthem to connect and focus on the\ninternal in the class” \, says Duane. \nWhen variety is introduced the mind\ndoes not get bored and this is what\nhelps keep the mind’s attention present\nand connected to the body. ( yes you do have props\nat home)\nEvalyn has added Body Awarness Movement to \nthe class. BAM helps to clearly hear the signals\nthe body gives to the mind all day long.\nWhen you hear the signals you  prevent distorted body postures\nthat eventually lead to pain\, tightness and discomfort.\nThis is a class where you will be pampered\, stretched and\nrestored to a calm state. \nRegister via email \, click here\, please so the instructor may set up\nand prepare for your arrival. \nAll Level Restorative\nis a hybrid course. By doin this you will\nbe able to grow in mindfulness. \n \nI like to use the phrase “Unpack the\nBreadbox for Mindfulness\nTraining” because it is a good visual\nto understand and with which to work. \nUnpacking the breadbox is realizing\nit is a limited size \, what the contents\nhold and what needs to come out\, just\nby looking at what it contains. We want the lymphatic system in\nits optimum flow to clear toxins and\nwastes from the body and maintain our\nimmune system.
