DESCRIPTION:Sunday Life Changing Meditations\nis a class in meditation for the beginner\, haveing your own breakout room.\nSunday Life Changing Meditations is a class for the experienced sitting in virtual group meditation.\nAfter a 40 minute sit we all converge for a group guided meta Meditation. \nThe Sunday Life Changing Meditation Class offers a unique forum to the\neveryday householder who wants to begin on a deliberate path for living\na life free of constrictions and embrace greater freedoms while in the context\nof your present life. \nGroup familiarity is developed to have a sense of friendship in the class.\nSharing after meditations lets all participants learn from each other and\non occasion gives fodder for a teacher led discussion. \nThe Sunday Life changing Meditation Class then moves everyone\nto a form of Meta where first we practice Self Love and Self familiarization\nand then moves the group to emmanation of blessings to others. \nFor the brand new beginner\, we explore a variety of techniques to\ndiscern which is the one for you to use on a daily basis. For the experienced\nmeditator we refine your technique to help you move ahead in the\n“eyes opened” world and integrate the infomation you gather during\nmeditation. \nAll techniques are welcomed.
