Rather we become open and we take on a mind\nyoga\, so to speak. DESCRIPTION:Duane’s All Level Kripalu Yoga\nContact Duane directly for the Zoom link to\nhis virtual class for Humans. email to: d.allison1971@gmail.com \n  \n \n\nDuane’s All Level Kripalu Yoga\nis always varied.\nAnd it is a  class for\nall experiences\, beginners\nthrough advanced.\nDuane’s All Level Kripalu Yoga class does offer a wide and varied vocabulary of asanas (poses).\nCome attend a\nclass with Duane.\nCome often enough to\nand you will\nnotice the variety of poses which work\nthe same muscles\, giving the mind a sense\nof variation. Each class is different every\ntime however the same temperment is\nacheived\, PEACE and calm. It is Duane’s\ndeliberate and wise intention to maintain\nvariety. \nThis format actually helps the yogi\nstay alert and open to the present moment.\n“People spend enough time out there\,\nmind not connected to body so I like\nthem to connect and focus on the\ninternal in the class” \, says Duane. \nWhen variety is introduced the mind\ndoes not get bored and this is what\nhelps keep the mind’s attention present\nand connected to the body. Duane’s All Level\nKripalu Yoga instructs a greater purpose\nthan routine. His intention is to offer variety\nas a way of keeping his attending yogis\non guard\, alert and present. The yogis\ncannot rush ahead in routine. They cannot\nlet their mind wander less his next\naction will be missed. This alertness is\nthe greater purpose of practice with\nDuane’s All Level Kripalu Yoga. \nOn the physical level classes also vary\nfrom gentle through moderate\,\nnever extremely vigorous. Poses vary\nfrom classic poses as taught\nby B.K.S Iyengar to simple exploratory\nstretches as discovered by Duane\nalong his long Yogic path. \nHis classes are always geared towards\nthe participants. This blend can change\nfrom week to week so please do let\nhim know your experience level upon your arrival. \nUnion (Yoga) of mind\nand body is encouraged in Duane’s\nAll Level Kripalu Yoga\,\nas most excellent instructors do.\nThrough movement and poses you will\nbe able to connect the physical brain\nand the physical body.
