Twin Hearts meditation or
the meditation on Twin Hearts
is simple, yet powerful.
will be led in guided meditation. You comfortably sit
in a chair for the meditation.
Subsequently it is followed by additional,
relaxing yoga moves.
Most importantly this class does not require
any previous experience. Nor does it require
any special attire!
