Tuesday Nite Flow Yoga (register please)

Tuesday Night flow yoga is a
dynamic Vinyasa Yoga
class which is 1 hour long.
Please register as courtesy.
Can also text studio.
The advantage to this style which increases body
heat enhances performance of your muscles.
It will also help you find your yoga breath
to fuel the movement.
Besides breath and core heat, vinyasa will
help you learn grace in movement as well.
Even though vinyasa yoga is usually for the
seasoned beginner of yoga it is also one way for
beginners to learn asanas (poses) because asanas

class for a new beginner.
Chelsea will demonstrate
each asana as she articulates
Tuesday nite Flow yoga will slow down to allow for deeper
stretching in the final minutes of the hour.
This is a perfect way to round out your

permitting you to go home relaxed
to do whatever.
The class is perfect for destressing
after a long day of work or perhaps
even a long day at school or just from
participating in Life.
This class is also a FIR class.
