is a time to
learn how to meditate, practice different techniques of meditation
and then Apply the practice to your every day eyes opened world.
Yes it is mindfulness . Yes it can make your life better by brining you
into the Presence. Yes, it can offer clarity and sanity in all situations.
The Sundays in October will be focused on Letting go and by so doing
Expand into your greatness, your kinder nature, your creativity.
You will begin to notice when fear creeps in and then decide what to
do with it.
