Why would you want to attend?
As we move through our day, we are constantly shifting gears to adjust our energy to fit the moment. However, sometimes we get stuck in a gear and can’t down shift. We need to find neutral again to be able to respond to changes in each moment with ease. Vibrational sound aides in the release of nitric oxide which triggers the relaxation response. This process allows us to reset our energy centers so that we may more easily shift through our lives.
The class will help you shift from thinking to being in so much as offer a Biosonic© Tuning Fork concert, to which the brain responds favorably and then sends messages to the body’s cells, the communication stops the fight or flight process of cortisol release.
Moving to crystal bowls and other soothing instruments deepen your relaxation. Rapid drumming will occur as a single bookend to either the beginning or ending of the class, depending upon the need in the class.
After the stretch find stillness in an extended period to lie down in
supportive postures and take in vibrations and be bathed in the sounds of the gong. Learn more about Joy and Her Sound Instruments here.
