Our Unique PreRecorded Classes are classes
that you can do anytime , day or evening.

Connect to Your Body- Yoga for the person who
gets suddenly sick or suddenly something
goes wrong with the health of the body.
This class shows and helps you to learn
to listen to the subtle signs the body offers
so you will be able to take care of your self
before anything becomes chronic or you become
Easy Does It (for the Back) a very gentle yoga class
which focuses on easing back muscle aches
and gets you mobile when you thought you
could not move.
Hamtring Yoga- a class that targets the legs and lower
back. You will use supportive muscles and both
stretch and strengthen the hamstrings.
Householder Yoga- A yoga that is simple and gentle
for the person who wants to get limber but is
not athletically inclined.
Posture Yoga- Yoga for standing erect and stretching
the spinal area easily and learning to be aware
when you are in misalignment.
Shoulder Yoga- in this pre recorded class you will work
the shoulder girdle and the large shoulder muscles
that run down the sides of the back. This class builds
stamina in shoulder movements and relaxes tight tissue
and identifies supportive muscles as well.
