Will we be doing Knee work ; prevention, post op,
We might emphasize building a strong core. Even
a beginner can start.
A class may be all about stretching those muscles that
get tight from sitting all day.
The focus could be on sculpting a rounded and strong
glute supporting your lower back and hamstrings.
