Pop Up Yoga :Psoas asanas Lower Back and Hip Health

If you sit more than 2 hours a day without a standing stretch you could be developing lower back issues. However it most likely is from your psoas muscle that connects the hips and the lower vertebrae of the spine.

Come to this Friday’s class to gently stretch the Psoas and Iliacus and notice how much better you will feel

Class begins at 6:10 and ends at 7pm . FIR in use.
