It is a 45 minute class of action and you set
the savasana time in the abiance of your home.

Why is it important to relax during Yoga?
we all have stubborn places in our mind which manifest in the body.
Tightness in soft tissue is one symptom of our resistance.
When we learn to relax and not push the body, we learn to relax
and not push through our issues that do not relate to a physical
yoga practice. Rather we become open and we take on a mind
yoga, so to speak. This mind yoga begins to show us how
much of the anxiety and stress in our life is caused by our reactions
to what is happening. You can only see this when you unbundle your
tight soft tissue and let it flow like water.
