O O Yoga Workshop is for all women and men ,
who have had poor nutrition and now want to
build better bones to stay tall, straight and healthy
as they age.
We will discuss some things that diminish the bone
bank and practice some yoga that will build the bone
Classes are conveniently scheduled on each weekend
day, therefore if you miss a Saturday morning you can
attend a Sunday afternoon workshop.

In O O Yoga Workshop you will learn proper nutrition
by subtraction and addition. Learn how to do yoga
asanas that build bone. We want you to enjoy yoga, hence
there will be a review of modifications for the asanas.
The instructor highly advises attendance to all workshops.
Hand outs and props will be made available so
must be made in advance.
