An event every week that begins at 7:30am on Monday, happening 2019 times
is meant to start your
week off right which by the way means
able to be focused and responsive.
O O Fluid yoga All Levels
asks you to move
as easily as water even if you think you are
not flexible,thus the classs will change the
way you look at your body.
In the Monday morning class
you will be asked to use props that help to
build bones stronger, regardless of whether
you are are 25 years old or 55 years
old you need to begin to think about bone
O O stands for opposition, which is posing
the muscles of your body to pull up and down,
or left and right, thus building strong
bones. Therefore you are building stronger
muscle. All of which is derived from your
concentration skills which enhances contact
with your higher self.
So what else does the O O stand for, Osteopena or
Osteoporosis. If you have either of these you need
to be doing yoga to create muscle tension on the bones
which then helps to generate new bone cells.
Modifications are presented in class for your
level of experience and capability and health.
The class will target specific areas of
the body that ordnarily bear the brunt of age,
lifestyle and nutrition.
But we will not just work on the level of bone
depth. The class will help you find your deeper
true self, unaffected by and accepting the aging
body. Love your Spirit in O O Fluid Yoga; become
like water, flowing and glistening and nourishing
all. Follow the medical advise and get those bones
strong now to keep the calcium in the bank. Ageing is
inevitable, weakening is not. Practice with YbD each
morning for great bone health.
Note: if you eat sugar or bleached flour you most likely
are leaching calcium. From where is it leached? Your bones
have the largest store of calcium.
