An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Sunday, repeating until July 25, 2021
Mindful Walking Meditation
Each Sunday morning , weather permittins at 8:30 on the nose,
we begin a mindfull class (5 min) toi discuss mindful walking.
We meet somewhere in Portsmouth and walk one mile at
a metered pace.
Halfway thruough the Mindful Walking Meditation we break
to sit and discuss the process and see what distracts you
and how to overcome those distractions.
The results of this mindful Waltking Meditation are great
insight to how your mind works and techniques to
let those interfering methods to be let go.
