This workshop is a series of classes
to teach mothers how to be fully present with the baby.
You are the vehicle for love and you need to keep
those tanks fueled so you are the loving and kind
parent that you wish to be.
Always keeping both Self Love and Self compassion
primary the course helps to give you techniques to
reach this goal and by practicing these techniques with
your baby while in the workshop you gain real life experience.

You have 10 WEEKs and 8 sessions to cultivate
the new way of How To Be the Best Mother You
Can be. We meet for 8 of those ten weeks.
During the first class we establish the schedule based
on everyone’s availability.
Mindful Motherhood Workshop helps you be the best Mama you can be.
Love yourself while you love your baby. Keep in mind,
no matter what is going on that the foremost
important thing is to be the best person you can be in this
moment. Fill up your tanks so you, as a vehicle can transport
your children and family to harmony and rich love. Find patience
with your self and your family.
Learn skills that keep you present with your baby , whether
the baby is on the way or you are holding the
‘sweet bundle’ in your arms. These skills can be applied
to all situations in your home and life , as you continually
practice and develop them.
Learn how filling your tanks keeps
your baby’s care at its best.
Learn how taking time out for your peace
will create a richer environment for you to appreciate
and to be appreciated.
Learn how to handle your problems so you
don’t feel stuck but see many options. Learn to accept
what is happening without bringing more negativity.
