our schedule to meet yours. Alternate dates to
meet can be Monday afternoon or Wednesday

Mindful Motherhood Learning Skills is a series of classes
to teach parents how to be fully present with the baby.
You are the vehicle for love and you need to keep
those tanks fueled so you are the loving and kind
parent that you wish to be.

to reach this goal and by practicing these techniques
with your baby while in the workshop you gain real

are neonatal, post natal, up to 1 year old.
The format of the class: learn about mindfulness techniques,
see how you add drama or more stress to the unexpected events of the day
and learn how to change this behavior. Experience the importance
of centering yourself before you pick up your baby to soothe him/her.
Learn the art of acceptance and its empowering affects.
Use yoga as a way of calming both you and the baby.
Receive guided meditations to continue to listen to
even after the course.

easily loving the baby.
Keep in mind, no matter what is going on that the foremost
important thing is to be the best person you can be in this
moment. Fill up your tanks so you, as a vehicle can transport
your children and family to harmony and rich love.
