Men Only Yoga Class

Men Only Yoga Class is a pilot class
to see if you guys
want to practice without the
influence or distraction of
women in the room.
Not skimming on some postures
but using your upper body strength.
Make noise, connect, be led by Tom
who will be generous to beginners
and helpful to the advanced, offering
Try this early morning Men Only Yoga Class practice to
deepen your concentration
skills during the day,
increase flexibility and to
reduce stress and anxiety.
Men Only Yoga Class will include
warm-ups, flow and
asanas (poses) with props to open
shoulders and hips.

Touch your toes
Improve Bedroom performance
Increase flexibility ( especially
if you weight lift)
