Love those Asanas Intermediate Registered Class

An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Friday, repeating until October 4, 2018
Love those Asanas Yoga is a
class for those students
who are flexible and want
to do balance postures. Furthermore
do you want to do a head
stand or crow and have a spotter.
Then this class is for you.
First we will start with breath and concentration yoga
then do a few vinyasas to build heat and stamina. Sustain
Adho Mukha Śvānāsana for 2 minutes. Then go into Kakasana
The class will be dynamic and student dependant. It will be a hands
on class from the instructor. So at times you can only go into head stand
when the instructor has hands on.
So come out to the studio. Work with me to help you enhance,
improve, expand your practice. Have an eye on those bad habits
you have developed so they can be corrected.
Get in Get out, have a great weekend. 1 hour
max. 45 minutes of
hard work. 15 minutes of breath
