An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Friday, repeating until October 4, 2018
First we will start with breath and concentration yoga
then do a few vinyasas to build heat and stamina. Sustain
Adho Mukha Śvānāsana for 2 minutes. Then go into Kakasana
The class will be dynamic and student dependant. It will be a hands
on class from the instructor. So at times you can only go into head stand
when the instructor has hands on.
So come out to the studio. Work with me to help you enhance,
improve, expand your practice. Have an eye on those bad habits
you have developed so they can be corrected.
