Within, your body holds a line of chakras that
represent the human experience. This has been
changed to your personal nature and may have blocks.
Thus the Kundalini Yoga Travel up the Chakras can
begin to open you to the beautiful flow of energy therefore
removing the blocks.
These chakras reflect your feelings, your actions
and therefore display who you are to the outside world.
It, the channels, are also responsible for what you hear
as internal communication translating into energetic
movement. This energetic flow lines up along the spine
and can be awakened and strengthened with
the specifics of Kundalini breath and movement when guided
by a trained instructor like Lana.
Please do join Lana, in the Kundalini Classe.
You can journey through your 8 chakras with her guidance.
Learn about the chakra life force and practice asana and breath
sets to open up those chakras of yours. Awaken your kundalini power
and be strong in your natural intuition.
There are eight chakras through the body. All are necessary and
support polarity of lower and higher chakras.
While the lower chakras often represent a more primal
and younger stage of life and the higher chakras
represent a higher more mature interpretation of
the world of consciousness; all are necessary for balance and life.
After all, life is a balancing act and it is our practice that
continues to keep us stable.
