The class is a combination of breath work,
Chanting, body movement and body stillness.
If you missed the intro workshops, no worries,
Lana, the instructor
will guide you along. Never the less,
it is a practice. To find the full benefits keep attending
regularly and practice the chants and breathwork daily.

can show that every practice brings a clean slate for renewal
thus giving new life to every cell in your body through
the breath and movement. Whether new to kundalini
yoga or a seasoned yogi, you are ready to begin this

represent the human experience. This has been
changed to your personal nature and may have blocks.
Thus the Kundalini Yoga Travel up the Chakras can
begin to open you to the beautiful flow of energy therefore
removing the blocks.
These chakras reflect your feelings, your actions
and therefore display who you are to the outside world.
It, the channels, are also responsible for what you hear
as internal communication translating into energetic
movement. This energetic flow lines up along the spine
and can be awakened and strengthened with
the specifics of Kundalini breath and movement when guided
by a trained instructor like Lana.
