Interactive Meditation is no longer an

The class format is as follows:
established meditator: join in a walking meditation for first
period of class, sit for 30 min.
share any difficulties or break throughs.
Remaining time : guided meditations to show you
your teacher and guide for everyday life .
Learn how to love and share more.
Develop the art of loving kindness.
New to meditation?
sit with the instructor and explore at least 5 techniques to
see which helps you to focus. Then join the group
for your sitting. Indulge in a loving kindness Metta
The instructor teaches with love, so no strict discipline on
posture. Just keep a straight back. We have lots of sitting
cushions and back jacks and even regular chairs.
