Special Meditation: Long Metta with Gratitude

This meditation will be to
honor all who have gone before
us and all who follow who
walk in the way of love.
In hopes of joining those
we will practice a meta meditation.
Learn how to turn around :
fear into Love and courage
resentment into gratitude
jealousy into well wishes
harshness into grace
criticism into acceptance & love
Guided meditation with room
for silence and space for letting
go to embrace the Immensity.
You cannot change your
behaviour but you can
change your mind.
All else follows!
Interactive meditation is a way to realize
that the power to heal exists in your mind.
That the responsibility of healing
is up to you. Learn Mindfulness Based Stress
Reduction (MBSR) or learn Heart Rhythm
Meditation, Learn Vipassana and more. Find the
one style that works for you. Is it Noting? Could it
be Visualization? Perhaps it is ZaZen?
Come, experiment and then learn. Learn
Loving Kindness toward all things.
