Heart Fascia Yoga is the first class to address
the complete fascia of the body ,
which hydrates and promotes flexibility of the
body. in Heart and Fascia Yoga you combine that with quick and strong flows of blood from a stronger pumping heart
to encourage softness in the myofascial regions.
The myofascial membrane of the body
when left neglected , can cause pain
throughout the body. Its extensive
spread throughout the body
covers the abdomen, the legs, the back
and the posterior of the legs as well
as the sides of the legs and arms.
Heart Fascia Yoga works with opposition
movements to both enhance brain
function and heart function in
addition to hydrating the myofascial
portions of the body.

blood but unless the fascial is activated the
highly enervated , largest intelligent portion
of your body will not get nourished.
My nourishing this portion of the body,
you can greatly help inflamation, and tightness
that is associated with arthritis, fybromyalgia
and other “stiffness” ailements. This is not
to mention how highly effective it is to
warm and increase suppleness so if you
are in great form you will be able to do
what ever you do with greater flexibility
and ease . Move deeper, go wider, etc.

Fascia but it will also improve neuroplasticity
by working several body parts in opposite directions
simultaneously. Thus the class improves the
