for a stress free day. He will help you set and
intention for the day. Through the peaceful
practice of yoga you will find it easier to
concentrate and focus through the day.

Greet the Morning Open Your Heart Yoga
will stimulate circulation , concentration and
stretch the muscles. Twist the hips and spine,
gently and just feel good allover . At the end of the
class you will be kept warm with a blanket and
bring your eye to the heart to set an intention
for the day. Keep that intention to have a happy
