a great framework for those
wanting a slower paced but
Easy Traditional Stret6ch all your Body Yoga begins with a calming
sit followed by neck relaxation continuing to the lower back. Then
enter traditional asanas where the instructor leads in the asana.
You can attend if you have never gone to a yoga class before.
You can attend if you are experienced. Either way you
will leave feeling totally stretched and ready for the weekend activities.
