Moms and Dads of newborns get attuned to Reiki I.
Baby gets attuned also. Give the baby a jump start on
knowing its big beautiful radiant energy.
There will be a children’s reiki attunement in 2018.

Care for C-section delivered babies for Mom’s and Dad’s and baby is a short 5 week course
in addressing the special needs of bonding, latching and Dad also feeding baby.
This course is a hands on course that demonstrates the gentle ways of handling baby and
increasing roofing and connection to the three persons involved.

C-section babies do undergo a forceful birth since incisions are narrow and
then the doctor’s hand pulls the baby from the placenta. This can be tissue
traumatic for the mom as well. There is also the residual effects of the
anesthesias given to the mom, which do affect her and her immediate
relationship to the baby as well as to the baby.
This course will delve into compassionate exercises for the father.
Fathers’s special feeding techniques of the baby.
Breath work for all.
Mother’s connection to baby. How to encourage latching
and reverse the impact of C-section birth.
Learn gentle massage to the baby.
Learn and apply hands on healing to the incision on Mom, to the head of the baby.
The skin usually heals in about 5 to 10 days time. While the muscle layers along
the abdominal wall takes about 4 to 6 weeks to heal. On the deeper layer,
the muscle of the womb, would take about 12 weeks to heal completely.
With regards to when can you start very mildly exercising,
probably about 2-3 weeks after the c-section.
As you can see the incisions are deep. Meditation is taught to
improve and hasten the process of healing.
Nutritional recipes are giving to hasten the process of healing
by providing the body with what it needs to boost immune systems.
Registrations is required to provide adequate tables and chairs for
classroom set up and to have the proper nutritious foods in the
amount to satisfy all registrants.
