You can’t change your behaviour
but you can change your mind
and then the behaviour follows.
As you begin to love your Self and put down the anger you hold
toward others you will discover that you actually free yourself.
You will begin to feel better as you release the ill feelings toward
others which in fact make you ill.
As you educate your Self about your emotions, your body will
follow in cravings for healthier foods. As you get intouch
with your loving feelings you will treat your Self more lovingly.
As you treat your Self more lovingly you will make choices that
spread the love.
You will have greater contentment in all that you have, greater
contentment in relationships.
You will find your life becomes more Self directive instead of
following the whims of the world, even if it is your small world.
So begin this Holy-day season by finding the Holiness in you.
Melt the layers of anger , disappointment and fear.
Choose something else that makes you happy.
Select foods that help you accomplish release not relief.
Relief of a chocolate, sugar, excess fats and salt, drug us
and keep the misery in. Release of a good walk,
a refreshing nutritious snack enliven us.
Choose the higher road this holy-day. Go for internal
qualities and minimize the external. Help someone change
