Pam Ellen Blodgett M.Ed., BCN

603-231-2630|

Pam Ellen Blodgett

asks “Who would you be without your story?” Pam Ellen Blodgett  is a Facilitator with an M.Ed., BCN,
who has attended the School for The Work and is a certified facilitator
for Byron Katie’s “The Work”  since 2006.  It’s a question we don’t often ask ourselves.

Pam comes to Yoga by Donation with a Masters in Education and
a Masters in Counseling. Pam worked in early intervention with
those who have disabilities for 10 years for the state of Maine and
the state of New Hampshire. She  was a professor at UNH for 14 years offering Sign language, International Service learning and Deaf studies coursework. She has
been working in Q EEG biofeedback for four years, training around the world, offering brain training for a variety of neurological conditions including focus, depression, anxiety, PTSD and brain injury.

Pam Ellen Blodgett has found that The Work has allowed her to make peace
with her thoughts, which makes life much more manageable. It is a mindful process of questioning one’s thoughts and a “go to” tool for finding peace.  It has been a blessing in her
life in countless ways from family relationships, to thoughts about the world, to challenging work situations.  The work is the proverbial lantern in the darkness that brings peace to light.
Facilitator Pam Blodgett loves to share it with the community.

Pam Ellen Blodgett was  a professor at UNH and now runs Coastal Cognitive
Resources, providing coaching, consultation and QEEG Biofeedback, as well as personal growth classes which include The Work. She has been a teacher and counselor for
30 years. Pam presently works at Boston NeuroFeedback, is a Maine licensed mental health provider, and is Board Certified  in EEG-Biofeedback and brain mapping (BCN) .

Pam states, “My sincere desire is to help those in our community find their way to their own truth and resulting peace through teaching “The Work”  of Bryon Katie. “

Her hobbies include gardening, playing with her grown daughters scattered around the country and doing service work with the Deaf and blind in Nicaragua as part of a medical mission every January.  Her classes in “The Work” are offered semi-monthly and require a pre-registration.  She looks forward to finding peace together.
