After college most of her yoga practice was a home
practice as she traveled internationally.
After reintroducing herself to a studio
practice in 2013, she chose to go
through training from 2015 to 2016 at
3 Bridges Yoga for her RYT-200.
With an enthusiasm for teaching others,
she looks forward to joining a community
to share what she has learned and to
share her love of yoga. Audrey
practices vinyasa yoga daily
but enjoys practicing other styles as well to
compliment her current practice, allowing
her practice to deepen with further education.
When Audrey Ingibersdottir is not practicing yoga she runs her
own photography company,
INGIBERS www.ingibers.com, covering weddings,
families, businesses and lifestyle sessions in
New England as well as destination locations
around the world. Yoga has been a big help to
Audrey Ingibersdottir as a photographer .
She has benefited in a variety of ways: from being
able to crouch into a smaller form for a better
angle, to using breathing techniques to
maintain an unobtrusive presence.
She brings awareness to her job.
The benefits of yoga have complemented
her body throughout the day.
In her free time she enjoys hiking with
her dog, Athena. She hikes on local trails or mountains.
She also enjoys spending time by the ocean and the seacoast.
She is adventurous with her meals. She appreciates the food
culture surrounding the seacoast. She is always willing
to give a good dinner recommendation. Audrey is a travel buff.
Her favorite place to go is Iceland. Most most of her
family resides there.
You can expect to have a small flavor of
Iceland sprinkled in somewhere during her class.
