” I was about to loose my mind with two toddlers and a baby.
This course saved my life. I have learned skills that let me
see learned behaviors from my parents and change them into
loving kind skills that let bad situations actually become fun.
I have also learned the importance of doing yoga for calming
me and helping me get to clarity so I can see how problems
can be solved.” Mother of 3 anon.
“With my husband having been deployed and the baby
not knowing his father I lived in my parents home and
had some support but this course helped me understand
my husband’s position and allowed me to be less resentful
toward life and more playful with my baby.”
