is a yoga special offered to
encourage new students to attend
YbD. It is also meant for students to develop
a routine morning yoga practice by
coming to try daily or near daily
morning yoga classes.
Shifting slightly from May Morning Mudra and other Summer
yoga specials to
meditation with the sound of now on Wednesday you could
attend a 7:30 meditation class and then follow it
with Samantha’s 8:45 Dial up Yoga, a class
meant for all levels.
Styles may change just a little when you attend on
Thursday when Tom will encourage
you to stretch your mind and accept the body with
which you walked in the studio for his 7:30 practice.
Friday you may find the 7:10 class to be just the ticket
to deeper understanding of your Self.
Busy on the weekend? Not a problem.
Worked physically hard during the week?
Not a problem. Saturday there are two classes.
One is at 6:15 perfect for lower back repair and
upper back strength and 7:30 could be in the garden
when the weather is fair. This too will be rejuvenating.
And Sunday you may want to start off with a short hike in
the woods to the ocean as you walk to Ft. Foster’s Pavillion
in Kittery Pt. ME. This class overlooks the class. Breath in the
salt air and destress, refresh.

May Morning Classes Mudra Yoga can lead to a routine
which will reverse osteopenia while at the same
time be lifted from depression.
Calm the anxiety , however you try it you will find
even more benefits from
a daily mornng practice.
