The gentle class is a way to stretch every
muscle in your body as you wake up or prepare
to go to sleep. Tom, the instructor will guide you
in centering your mind for the day on the
deeper priorities. The class will set your breath
for a stress free day.
Greet the Morning Open Your Heart Yoga
will stimulate circulation , concentration and
stretch the muscles. Twist the hips and spine,
gently and just feel good allover . At the end of the
class you will be kept warm with a blanket and
bring your eye to the heart to set an intention
for the day.
