The goal of Circus Yoga & Flexibility is to move with
intention and grace by releasing fears and doubts!
The class combines active flexibility training for
the body with the creative art of play for
the mind. This is an INCLUSIVE class;
all levels of flexibility are welcome
All levels of flexibility are encouraged to attend.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early
to class. We will start promptly at 6pm!
Circus Yoga & Flexibility classes include a
warm-up for mind and bodyfollowed by solo
and/or partner stretching. Students will also be
given individualized exercises they can continue
to practice at home.
Circus Yoga & Flexibility class builds physical
fitness by focusing on active flexibility and
balance while infusing laughter for the mind
and spirit. Think you won’t sweat?
Think again! Ignite your mind, body
and spirit with circus yoga!
There is a set fee for class.
One student $15.
Two students attend together $22.

A little about Courtney, an independent,
who teaches Circus Yoga & Flexibility:
Courtney is a seeker of all things
empowering! She is passionate about
helping others to live vibrant
and meaningful lives. She began
her circus training in 2016, and
her focused disciplines are flexibility
and contortion, hand balancing
and lyra (aerial hoop). She has an
extensive yoga and gymnastics
background and has taught classes
to all ages. Courtney’s goal in all of
her classes is to create a sacred space
where students feel both comfortable
and confident to get in touch with
their authentic selves and feel
empowered to grow physically,
mentally and spiritually.
Her personal mantra is “smile more”!

You can pay at the door if this is a last minute
decision to arrive. Please email the instructor
and then pay the class fee of $15 at door.
